MGM Names Dene B. Stratton becasue it is New CFO
Dene B. Stratton remains named chief financial officer at MGM, their co-chairmen and CEOs Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum introduced today. Stratton, who spent nearly 20 years within the Wally Disney Co., most recently offered as CFO for that internet start-up TRC Media Limited. Throughout his tenure at Disney, he rose for the position of CFO, Jetix Europe. More youthful crowd held such posts as senior v . p ., planning and control for ABC senior v . p . and gm for DIC Entertainment senior v . p ., business development for Wally Disney Television Worldwide in Asia Off-shoreline and v . p ., finance, European controller, Wally Disney Art galleries Europe. Before joining Disney in 1990, Stratton was as business unit controller for Calcomp. "Dene gets the firm base as well as the precise experience i had been wanting to find inside our new CFO.
